Packaging And Shipping

VIZLENT labels are carefully packaged to prevent damage due to environmental factors. All rolls are wound on 1 inch or 3 inch plastic/core cardboard core, sealed in static-free and moisture-proof bags, placed in corrugated boxes, and then securely fastened to standard export pallets using stretch wrap and corner guards to ensure proper forklift loading of each pallet. This packaging and shipping process is quick, clean, and secure.

What is the production lead time for custom heat resistant labels?

If you need custom die cuts or pre-printed logos, our normal production lead time is 7 to 12 days after your artwork and specs are approved. Blank stock rolls can normally ship in 3 to 5 days.

Do you pre-print sequential barcodes on high-temperature labels?

Yes, we provide OEM high-definition thermal transfer printing for sequential barcodes, QR codes and variable data that will withstand high-heat conditions.

How are VIZLENT’s heat resistant labels packaged?

All standard packaging includes rolls of heat resistant sticker paper on 3″ cores, sealed in moisture-proof bags, boxed and secured to standard export pallets. We can also supply sheeted options if needed.
